In the fall of 2002 we finally decided to have our basement refinished. We contacted several area contractors who advertised for this kind of construction, and Joe Reaney was one of them.

He turned out to be the perfect contractor for our job. He uses only top quality materials and his workmen are some of the very best.

We live in a township that just recently enforced a new zoning law stating that refinished basements must have an egress window. This involved cutting a hole in our concrete foundation, excavating the ground around the hole and installing the egress window. The costs for this part of the construction were needless to say excessive, and we almost thought about not going through with the renovation, but Joe worked with us and what started out as a huge hassle turned out quite well. We thank Joe for helping us through this part of the construction. He was always available for the local inspector and did what he could to satisfy our questions and needs.

As the construction progressed we must say that his workmen were very helpful. Many days they would suggest changes that we never thought of ourselves, and quite honestly, these changes made our new room look that much better.

Joe and his crew were always on time and completed this project within the time frame allotted.

We highly recommend Joe Reaney for any projects he feels he can handle.

If ever in the future we need to renovate again, he will definitely be the contractor of choice.
